Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems. Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets. Prepare and manage the plant's operational budget, identifying areas for cost reduction and investment.
