CookLocation: Greensboro, NC, 27401Job DescriptionWe are seeking a flexible and proactive Cook to join our fast-paced restaurant team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience and the ability to multitask efficiently while standing for up to 8 hours. This role requires working nights and weekends to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal preparation.ResponsibilitiesCook meals to order following recipes and quality standards.Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment.Prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed.Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards.Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.Use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock.Work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations.QualificationsCulinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.Ability to stand for 8 hours and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay productive under pressure.Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures.Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.```
