This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to operational excellence and team culture.Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, daytime hours (45–55 hours per week)Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across kitchen, logistics, and fulfillmentLead hiring efforts and oversee team performance and developmentMonitor and control labor costs and food costs to meet targetsNegotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationshipsImprove operational efficiency, especially within logistics and delivery flowEnsure quality control across all meals, including accuracy, completeness, and presentationIdentify and resolve issues quickly, including missing items and operational challengesUphold high standards for food quality, safety, and serviceDeliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated concernsQualifications:Proven leadership experience in food service, meal prep, or a similar operations-driven environmentStrong understanding of cost control (labor, food, and purchasing)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quicklyExperience managing teams and driving accountabilityHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working extended hours in a fast-paced settingThis role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company, take ownership of operations, and make a meaningful impact while contributing to an award-winning culture.Healthy Fresh Meals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
