Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU RT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a variable shift position at a Level 3 NICU facility in Washington state.Job Details• 13-week travel assignment,• NICU unit within a larger hospital system,• Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU setting,• Variable shift position - management makes every effort to keep travelers on a consistent shift (days or nights) for the duration of the contract, though the exact shift is typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance,• 3x12-hour shifts; day shift 7:00-19:00 or night shift 19:00-7:00,• Every other weekend required per CBA,• Floating required between departments and potentially across facilities within the state,• No on-call required,• Staffing ratios follow the RT matrix,• Epic EMR experience required,Job Requirements• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential,• Active Washington State RRT license required at time of consideration - license required if applicable,• Minimum 2 years of RRT experience,• NICU Level III or IV experience required (hard stop),• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required,• BLS certification required,• Epic EMR proficiency required,• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting,• SSN and DOB required for consideration,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility,• Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination,• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive time-off requests may impact the hiring process,
