Customer Service Representative

About the RoleWallaby Search & Placement is seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service professional to join Tigris Fulfillment Partners’ rapidly growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for working through and resolving a high volume of customer issues around deliveries, returns, orders, invoices and more.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the ideal candidate has exceptional written and communication skills, and is someone who's committed to satisfying the customer while also doing the right thing for the company.About the CompanyTigris Fulfillment Partners is a privately-held, national distributor of kitchen and bath products based in Atlanta, GA.
