This is an excellent opportunity to work on lean deal teams providing strong exposure to a variety of real estate matters, with outlined career progression. Key Requirements: J.D. and Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to waive in. 3-6 years of Real Estate experience Experience representing lenders in a variety of asset classes Experience handling closings, title, and survey Drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents A highly motivated self-starter eager to engage in hands-on work and seeking long-term growth within the firm.
