This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping employees navigate important moments in their careers and lives while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.This is an opportunity to join a respected and professional environment where your work directly supports the wellbeing and success of staff across the firm.What You'll DoAs the Benefits & Leave Administrator, you will play a key role in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership.Key responsibilities include:Administering the firm's employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness offeringsManaging leave administration processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, personal leave, and other applicable leave programsServing as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, eligibility, enrollments, claims, and leave requestsCoordinating benefits onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employeesAssisting with open enrollment planning, communications, employee education, and vendor coordination and bill reconciliationMaintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity related to benefits and leave administrationPartnering with payroll, HR leadership, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processingSupporting compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local employment laws and benefits regulationsPreparing reports, audits, and documentation related to benefits and leave administrationHelping to create a positive and responsive employee experience through professionalism, discretion, and strong communicationWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, compassionate, and able to balance compliance with a high-touch employee service approach.Qualifications include:Experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, or a related human resources functionWorking knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable benefits and leave regulationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExperience working within an HRIS system and proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional services environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, etc.) is a plusWhy Join This Organization?Our client offers the opportunity to be part of a respected and collaborative organization with a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service.
