JD Edwards World Application Support Engineer – Manufacturing

Salary Range: $100,000-$105,000 Annually
Role Summary
We’re hiring aJD Edwards World (A7.3+) Application Support Engineerto provide Level 2/3 support and junior development for manufacturing ERP systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and assisting with enhancements in a JD Edwards World environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 & 3 support forJD Edwards World(manufacturing modules)
Troubleshoot issues related toWork Orders, Shop Floor Control, Inventory, and BOMs
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents within SLAs
Supportuser onboarding/offboarding
Assist withRPG debugging , patches, updates, and deployments
Support testing (unit, UAT, integration) and documentation
Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross‑functional teams
Support integrations with MES/EDI and other enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
1–3 years JD Edwards World experience(manufacturing preferred)
Hands-on experience withAS/400 (IBM i), RPG, SQL
Familiarity with change management tools (TurnOver, Implementer, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)

MES or EDI integrations
SOX controls and security support
