Handyman / Carpenter / TradesmanAce Handyman Services is a nationally recognized home repair and improvement company focused on professional craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced multi-skilled Craftsman to join our growing team serving Waukesha County and the Lake Country area.We are looking for a professional, self-sufficient craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can independently complete a wide variety of residential repair and improvement projects with minimal supervision.This is a full-time W2 position offering steady year-round work, office support, paid time off, performance incentives, and weekends off.Our craftsmen focus on quality workmanship and customer service rather than high-pressure sales.Projects range from residential repairs and carpentry to drywall, trim, doors, decks, tile, and light remodeling work.Our office team handles scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, and administrative support so craftsmen can stay focused on the work.This position is best suited for craftsmen who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and consistently produce high-quality work without close supervision.Perform a variety of home repair and maintenance tasksHandle projects involving carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical workCommunicate professionally with customers and represent the company well on job sitesManage time effectively to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standardMaintain tools and ensure readiness for daily assignments5+ years of experience in home repair, remodeling, or maintenanceAbility to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasksOwn a standard set of hand and power toolsStrength, balance, agility and ability to comfortably lift 50 poundsReliable pickup truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting standard tools and small jobsite materialsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to complete a background checkStrong work ethic and professional demeanorAble to proficiently navigate tablet and mobile technologyExperience working across multiple trades in residential settingsStrong customer service and communication skillsStable full-time schedulingMonday - Friday work hoursConsistent year-round workWeekends offPaid Time OffPerformance bonuses401(k)Vehicle allowanceCompany uniforms providedPotential company vehicle opportunities for long-term team membersAdvancement and growth opportunities
