They are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and inclusivity in their workforce.Job DescriptionClient experience and satisfactionFinancial performance of projectProject performance, including schedule, quality, safety, and budget controlTeam performanceProject risk assessment and managementResponsible for the client and assigned project(s), and our performance of those projects from preconstruction through post-construction.Build and maintain relations with existing and prospective clients.Frequent and direct contact with the client, ensuring that the completed project meets all requirements necessary to satisfy the client and fulfill the contract.Develop project goals and monitor program and project performance.Ensure that project milestones and goals are met and are adhering to company standards.Lead the project teams and direct external consultants, enforce project requirements and compliance with laws and regulations, troubleshoot problems, and ensure job site safetyPerform necessary administrative activities associated with projects and corporate functions, submitting appropriate reports timely, clearly, and accurately.Lead, develop, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure the team's and projects' success.Tactfully resolve escalated issues that could arise from operations and require coordination with other departments.Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required.Ideal ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management10-15+ years of building and project management experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years supervisory experience (Senior Project Manager)LEED AP certification preferredSolid technical knowledge, business acumen, industry knowledge and standards/trendsStrong ability to read and understand plans and specifications, comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction means, methods and best practices and related systemsProven ability to work on a team, motivate and manage people.Exceptional leadership and team development skillsFamiliarity/experience working with project management software, including Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and SageExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilityStrategic mindsetHigh emotional intelligenceExtremely detail-oriented and accurateStrong sales and presentation skillsExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenDemonstrated mastery of project financials and success in project profitabilityProficient in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and reportingAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsAbility to manage risk throughout entirety of the projectDesire to put the company, project, and team ahead of their own self-interests and accomplishmentsWhat's Offered$140,000-$180,000 base salaryBonus programCar allowanceGas cardHealth Savings AccountDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance401k Plan with Matching ContributionEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Mental Health DaysFitness Reimbursement ProgramContinuing Education OpportunitiesStrong Philanthropic CultureApply now for 24 hr resume consideration!
