Location: Edinburgh, Indiana
Salary: $50,000 – $53,000 per year
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a small manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role supervises approximately 4 production employees and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication to support and guide operators effectively. The Production Supervisor will ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote, monitor, and enforce all safety policies and procedures.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure TPMs (Total Productive Maintenance) are performed.

Maintain and uphold quality standards in daily operations.
*
Train and mentor operators to enhance skills and efficiency.
*
Ensure production schedules are met by guiding and directing the team.
*
Coordinate daily activities and special projects.
*
Monitor plant conditions and lead 5S/2S initiatives to maintain cleanliness and safety.
*
Promote standardized work processes and compliance.
*
Evaluate operator duties and encourage continuous improvement.
*
Lead Kaizen and process improvement activities.
*
Ensure accuracy and completeness of production reports, downtime, and scrap records.
*
Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams.
*
Perform other duties as assigned to meet department and company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
*
Ability to interpret written procedures and company policies.
*
Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills.
*
Solid problem-solving abilities.
*
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
