đ¨ Weâre Hiring: Director, Client & Partner Success đ East Coast preferred, NYC area ideal Remote-friendly with travel to NY and CA đ° $140Kâ$170K base + bonus + benefitsProject FoodBox is scaling Food as Medicine programs across California and New York, working with health plans, Managed Care Organizations, Social Care Networks, and community partners to deliver medically tailored groceries, produce, and meals to members who need them most.We are hiring a Director of Client & Partner Success to lead our post-sale partner relationships and ensure our programs are delivered with quality, compliance, and measurable impact.This is not a traditional account management role.This person will lead the relationship, the operating model, the partner cadence, the QBRs, the escalations, the reporting discipline, and the team responsible for day-to-day partner execution.The role spans:â
California payer programs Medically tailored meals, grocery programs, member services, operational performance, reporting, and continuous improvement.â
New York Social Care Network programs HRSN workflows, screening/navigation coordination, referral and enrollment performance, delivery operations, compliance, and partner reporting.Youâll inherit an existing Partner Operations function and help scale it into a national client and partner success engine.Weâre looking for someone who can sit with a health plan executive in the morning, solve a workflow breakdown with the operations team in the afternoon, and leave both conversations with clear decisions, owners, and next steps.Ideal background:⢠8â10+ years in healthcare operations, Medicaid, managed care, payer partnerships, or healthcare client success ⢠Experience working with health plans, MCOs, provider groups, SCNs, CBOs, or Medicaid-funded programs ⢠Strong operational leadership and client relationship management experience ⢠Deep comfort with compliance, reporting, SLAs, partner performance, and process improvement ⢠Ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment ⢠Strong leadership, ownership, and follow-throughWhy join us?đĽ Mission-driven work with real community impact đ High ownership and visibility đ¤ Direct work with healthcare and payer partners đ Opportunity to build a critical function as we scale nationally đĄ A mix of strategy, operations, and relationship leadershipInterested or know someone who would be a strong fit?
