Production Assembler Carrollton, TX $19–$23 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Mid-Level Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented *Production Assembler* to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrollton. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will assemble, test, and prepare electronic and mechanical access control and security products for shipment. Precision, consistency, and accountability are critical in this role. *Work Schedule:* Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Carrollton, TX (In-office position) Key Responsibilities * Assemble electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions * Perform precise wiring, soldering (when applicable), and mechanical assembly * Conduct functional testing and quality inspections before final approval * Identify defects, report inconsistencies, and recommend improvements * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace * Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards * Assist with packaging and shipment preparation as needed Qualifications * 2+ years of electronics or mechanical assembly experience preferred * Experience repairing laptops, cellphones, or small electronics is a strong plus * Strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) required * Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately * Team-oriented with the ability to work independently * Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits & What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience ($19–$23/hr) * Stable, long-term employment * Growth opportunities within the company * Professional, team-focused work environment * *Seven paid holidays per year* * *120 hours of PTO annually* (accrued each pay period) * *Medical Insurance – 4 BCBS plan options (2 PPO, 2 HMO)* * Company pays 50% of employee’s selected medical plan * Vision and dental included at no additional cost if enrolled in medical * Monday–Friday schedule How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and include a brief summary of your assembly experience.
