Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented *Production Assembler* to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrollton. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
You will assemble, test, and prepare electronic and mechanical access control and security products for shipment. Precision, consistency, and accountability are critical in this role.
*Work Schedule:*
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Carrollton, TX (In-office position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions
- Perform precise wiring, soldering (when applicable), and mechanical assembly
- Conduct functional testing and quality inspections before final approval
- Identify defects, report inconsistencies, and recommend improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist with packaging and shipment preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of electronics or mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience repairing laptops, cellphones, or small electronics is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
