We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Technician for our New Orleans QA Testing Facility.  This is an exciting new role, in our recently opened testing facility.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibility for the NOLA Service Desk and the efficient and timely delivery of 1st/2nd line IT support to the QA testing teamsProvisioning of testing equipment to QA projects in a timely mannerDay to administration of local servers, systems and network devicesImplementation of global policies defined by the IT Director and Head of InfoSecIT Procurement for this facilityNegotiation and maintenance of vendor and consultant contracts and service agreementsMaintain complete, detailed documentation of all services and systemsManaging and auditing of all IT assets in the facilityVulnerability scanning and patching of endpointsAddressing security events raised by the SIEM solutionShift patterns may be flexibleRequirementsA Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related technical field2+ years prior IT support experienceAbility to multitask and support various groups of usersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and within constraintsTeam player - working effectively as part of local and global IT teams Essential technical skills;Current server, PC and mobile hardwareGood understanding of the principles of networking, and related technologies and hardwareIndustry recognized qualifications in IT hardware support - CompTIA A+ or equivalent Operating Systems (Windows10, OSX, iOS, Android)Excellent understanding of basic Active Directory management - User and GroupsVoIP phone systemsPC image deployment technologiesEncryption technologies e.g. Bitlocker ·       Desirable skills and experience;Exposure to ISO 27001, MPAA or other security standards would be a strong advantageGaming/Media Industry Experience - development, testing, publishing; handling confidential dataBenefits Medical Plan Vision Plan Employer Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401K w/ Matching Contribution Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Testronic Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
