We provide a safe, inclusive environment for kids of all neurodiverse backgrounds, including a top-notch sensory space designed to help children relax and recharge.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and engage our community. In this role, you will be the digital voice of our 40,000-square-foot playground, helping us become the premier household name for NYC families. You will focus on creating high-impact content, managing our social channels, and fostering relationships with local influencers to drive foot traffic and excitement.The ideal candidate has a flair for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of social trends, and a passion for the kids' or retail space.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Execute the daily posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring all content aligns with our brand standards and voice.Content Creation: Capture high-energy, on-site photos and videos of our facility to showcase the magic of play, party bookings, and special events.Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with NYC’s top family and lifestyle creators to build an active influencer program and host on-site visits.Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, interactive online community for our families.Newsletters & CRM: Support the design and distribution of weekly email newsletters to keep our members informed on upcoming promotions and events.Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and social KPIs, providing weekly updates on what content is resonating most with our audience.Local Cross-Promotion: Assist with digital outreachRequirementsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation, preferably within the kids’ entertainment, toy, or retail sectors.Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current trends (Reels/TikTok), and basic email marketing platforms.Content Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and a "good eye" for photography and aesthetic layout.Communication: Strong creative writing skills for captions, newsletters, and community engagement.Adaptability: Must be comfortable working on-site in a high-energy environment to capture "live" content and interact with customers.Passion for Kids: A genuine love for the world of play and an interest in creating memorable experiences for children and families.Schedule: This is a part-time role requiring a mix of remote planning and on-site content capture (approx. 15–20 hours per week).Compensation $22/h
