Role Description This is a full-time on-site position as a Clubhouse Manager / Social Director based in Melville, NY. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the clubhouse, planning and executing social events, and ensuring a high level of service for all members and guests. Duties include managing staff, coordinating events, maintaining facilities, and engaging with members to understand and fulfill their needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging environment for the community. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute events and oversee clubhouse operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build relationships and ensure member satisfactionAbility to manage staff efficiently and foster a collaborative work environmentExperience in hospitality management, event planning, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event planning softwareProblem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges promptlyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events and operationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a social director or clubhouse management role is highly desirable
