Highly regarded real estate firm is seeking a legal specialist/paralegal to join their team in theNew York office.Responsibilities:Preparing and coordinating SEC filings such as Section 16 reports and Form 8‑Ks.Managing legal invoices and legal inventories, and monitoring litigation and compliance msg corporate entities and organization charts, overseeing annual state filings, franchise SAM.gov GSA tenant registrations, website and policy updates.Handling internal closing communications and document retention.This position will work closely with internal teams including accounting, asset management, property management, and external advisors to ensure accurate documentation, timely filings, and effective legal operations across the Company’s portfolio.Qualifications & Prior Experience1-2 years experience as a paralegal at a law firm or a recent college graduate with a strong interest in the law and/or attending law school.Strong computer and information technology skills are required.Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and strong work ethic.Schedule: In office 3 days a week with the ability to come in for additional days depending on how busy the department
