Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Short-Term Rental Guest Experiences Manager to oversee guest relations and ensure exceptional service delivery at our rental properties. This role involves managing guest interactions, supervising staff, and coordinating operations to create memorable stays for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Responsibilities Lead and supervise guest services team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk Oversee daily operations of rental properties, including cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities management Develop and implement strategies for revenue management and occupancy optimization Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met Conduct staff training on hospitality standards, customer service, and safety protocols Monitor budgets and control costs related to guest services and property management Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and safety standards Experience Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations Extensive background in hotel management, resort operations, or short-term rental services Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources within a hospitality setting Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with hotel or resort management systems is a plus This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality environment while ensuring operational excellence.
