In 2026, additional teams have been added, converting to a fully city-based model, bringing in team owners, and building out ancillary business, fan and partner engagement opportunities. Athletes Unlimited Softball League would like for you to join the front lines of our fan experience! As a Ticketing Associate, you are the first face our fans see when they arrive at the stadium. We're looking for high-energy, friendly and customer-service-focused individuals who can balance technical tasks like ticket scanning and window sales with a genuine passion for customer service. This is a contract position and reports to the AUSL Ticketing Lead. The season will run from June to the end of July for Portland/Hillsboro and Salt Lake City. In Rosemont, the season will run from June to the end of August.Schedule:Approx. 4hr shifts on game daysShifts per week are market dependent but can range from 3-12 shifts based on staffing needsResponsibilitiesGate Operations: Efficiently scan mobile and physical tickets at entry points while maintaining a steady flow of fans into the venueBox Office Sales: Process ticket purchases, and will-call using our ticketing softwareProblem Solving: Act as a customer service expert to resolve seating issues, troubleshoot digital ticket apps, and provide seating directionsFan Engagement: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor that embodies the league's brandRequirementsPrior experience in box office operationsStrong customer service and communication skillsStrong problem solving skills with a customer-centric mindsetCollaborative and flexible working style Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAvailability for the AUSL season dates of mid-June to July (end of August for Rosemont) Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours when in seasonStrong preference for candidates based in the following cities: Portland/Hillsboro, ORRosemont, ILSalt Lake City, UTLegal authorization to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsThe AUSL takes place in outdoor venues, during the summer months.
