As a guiding force in the biotech industry, they set the bar for innovation and advancement.****We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Manufacturing Associate - Root Cause Analyst!****Let's connect and get started-apply today!****Pay** : $20.50/hr**Schedule:** 6a-6:30p (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off rotation)**Location** : New Albany, OH**Type of Job:** Temporary - 1 year with possible extension!**Responsibilities:**+ Review prior day's performance metrics to identify gaps from the standard and possible areas of improvement+ Conduct GEMBA walks+ Analyze data related to CI initiatives and perform structured problem solving (5 Whys, root cause analysis)+ Partner with other departments to test countermeasures and refine improvements+ Update SOPs.**Requirements:**+ High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience OR Associates degree and 6 months of manufacturing experience OR Bachelor's degree+ Experience with lean/Six Sigma improvement experiences (DMAIC, root cause analysis)+ Able to problem solve based on data+ Experience developing SOPs**_We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
