As a Food Truck Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food truck operations, including managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities.
Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
Train and manage kitchen personnel.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields. Knowledge in operating basic Kitchen equipment.
Strong leadership qualities; Work with staff members efficiently. Respect and communication are key.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and communication skills, English speaking a must.
Strong attention to detail; Keep a nice clean area.
Must have reliable transportation, can work nights and weekends, have the ability to work special promotional events that occur from time to time.
