This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and effective execution across complex, enterprise-level sales cycles. You will work cross-functionally to support deal execution, improve performance visibility, and scale our sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce), including workflows, automations, and data integrityManage and maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline and supporting sales toolsSupport complex B2B deal cycles, including pricing, budgeting, and proposal preparationCoordinate cross-functional inputs for proposals and RFP processesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracyDeliver insights to leadership and identify bottlenecks in the sales processDevelop and maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and sales materialsPrepare presentations and support marketing activities and industry eventsAssist with lead follow-up, meeting coordination, and overall sales execution supportSupport quota planning, commission tracking inputs, and territory alignmentCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment across the sales cycleRequirements3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar roleHands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred)Experience supporting B2B sales processes and deal executionStrong analytical and process-oriented mindsetExcellent cross-functional communication skillsHigh level of organization, accuracy, and ability to work in a dynamic environmentNice to HaveExperience in automation, industrial, robotics, or capital equipment industriesFamiliarity with RFP-driven sales processesExperience in proposal preparation, pricing, and project estimation
