This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere where your personality and professionalism shine. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. * Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products. * Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards. * Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while balancing registers at shift end. * Assist in catering events, banquets, settings by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or stations. * Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve guests quickly during busy hours while ensuring quality service. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety procedures, and alcohol service regulations. * Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. * Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate measurement of ingredients. * Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. * Previous experience with brewing or catering is a plus; certification in food safety is desirable but not mandatory.
