From the initial conversation through policy support and eventually end-of-life assistance, we’re there every step of the way to ensure families are informed, supported, and cared for.Position Overview:Strong client care means staying responsive, checking in over time, helping clients adjust coverage as their life changes, and being there when they actually need to use their policy. This role involves working with clients virtually to provide information on life insurance and related financial protection options. All clients are warm leads who have requested information — no cold calling, no door-to-door, and no recruiting requirements. Full training and licensing support are provided.Responsibilities:Meet with clients virtually (warm leads only)Educate families on life insurance and financial protection optionsCustomize coverage solutions based on client needs and budgetAssist with the application processBuild professional client relationshipsFollow company and regulatory guidelinesCompensation:The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2–3 monthsThere are no quotasCompensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance.
