Responsibilities include:Housekeeper Role (Common Area Focus):Daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, restrooms)Trash removal from common areas and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the buildingMonitoring high-traffic areas throughout the day to ensure consistent presentationLight detailing, such as glass cleaning, dusting, and floor careSupporting event setup and cleanup in amenity spaces as neededCoordinating with management for supply inventory and reporting any maintenance concerns observed during routine cleaningThis role is essential in delivering a consistently elevated, hotel-like environment for residents and guests.What We Offer?Associa offers a competitive benefits package to full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and support for wellness and professional development initiatives.
