No late nights, no weekends, and 11 paid holidays.General FunctionResponsible for complying with all State and Federal laws, rule and regulations to fill prescriptions, and operate daily activities.Position OverviewNeighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking a highly capable, motivated, and team-orientedPharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and committed to deliveringhigh-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense medications in compliance with all state and federal regulations Oversee daily pharmacy workflow to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality service Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff Maintain proper inventory management, storage, and recordkeeping Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirements Support and optimize 340B program operations and medication access Provide medication counseling and patient education to improve adherence and outcomes Identify and resolve medication-related problems (interactions, duplications, adherence gaps) Collaborate with providers and care teams on medication therapy decisions Support chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) Contribute to medication therapy management (MTM), transitions of care, and care coordinationQualificationsRequired: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution Active pharmacist license (or eligibility) in Ohio Strong clinical knowledge and sound professional judgment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage both operational and clinical responsibilities effectivelyPreferred Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar setting Experience with 340B programsWhat We’re Looking For Think critically and approach problems with depth and curiosity Take ownership of both patient care and operational performance Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment Are adaptable and dynamic, with a willingness to adjust to change and meet the evolving needs ofour patient population Are motivated to serve and improve care for underserved communitiesCompensation & Benefits***Eligible to apply for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment.*** Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid holidaysHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience and interest in thisrole.Who We AreNeighborhood Health Association (NHA) is Northwest Ohio’s largest community health center system.
