Elevator Operator

Job TitlePay Range $14hr - $19hrRequirement/Must Have:1+ years of experience in a related field.Background Check Required.Drug Test required.Responsibilities:Operate safely within the organization's policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.Perform critical operations to keep the facility running, including loading/unloading trucks and railcars.Engage in other grain handling activities including filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring, and blending.Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.Maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, buildings, etc.Monitor equipment to ensure it's in good working order and participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.Be an involved/engaged member of a team and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.Work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders, and work from heights.Work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.Nice to Have:Housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning floors.
