Quality Assurance Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves working closely with production teams to implement and maintain quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Technician will utilize various inspection tools and methodologies to analyze product quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift & Pay:
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM | $20.75/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Enforce and document GMP practices and identify deficiencies
Draft and revise quality policies, procedures, and training materials
Conduct new hire training sessions
Perform start-up/changeover inspections and continuous line checks
Conduct in-process and finished goods tests (weights, seal strength, breakage)
Inspect incoming components and ensure conformity
Document data, audit findings, and non-conformities
Create photo guides for production setups
Assist in implementing corrective actions
Maintain a clean and organized quality office

Comfortable with data collection and reporting
Requirements:
Quality Assurance experience
1-2 years in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
Must be able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
Availability for overtime and occasional weekends
