Currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a position that is available in a mixed caseload of home health and school settings. Company has a strong team environment and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Position offers aggressive compensation, benefits, paid time off and more!
Key Responsibilities:
Home Health Setting:
Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and agency protocols.
Assess safety, mobility, and function in the home environment.
Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention.
Complete timely and accurate home health documentation for insurance and compliance.
School-Based Setting:
Deliver physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Address gross motor skills, mobility, balance, and access to the school environment.
Collaborate with educators, occupational therapists, and other school staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required school-based documentation.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or hospital setting preferred.
Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
