Position Summary Nomadic Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing product issues, warranty claims, and technical questions. You will play a key role in diagnosing problems, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring warranty claims are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for DC air conditioners and awnings Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues via phone, email, chat, or remote tools Process and manage warranty claims in accordance with company policies Accurately document customer interactions, technical findings, and resolutions in the ticketing system Assist customers with product installation, setup, configuration, and basic repairs Coordinate with engineering, production, or management to escalate complex or recurring issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, warranty procedures, and technical documentation Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Preferred Skills (Not Required) Previous experience in warranty administration or technical support HVAC or electrical system knowledge RV industry experience (3–5 years preferred) Work Environment Full-time, primarily desk-based position in Elkhart, IN Team-oriented environment with independent responsibilities Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Why Join Nomadic Innovations?
