Job SummaryThe Pallet Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding pallets with exceptional consistency and attention to detail, ensuring all pallets meet company quality standards. This role performs a variety of assembly-line repair tasksfrom identifying and correcting damage, replacing or reinforcing boards, to ensuring all completed pallets are clean, safe, and ready for use. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels.
