At Böhme, creativity and a passion for success remain at the core of everything we do. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Meridian, ID. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team to achieve sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains a visually appealing and organized appearance. Additional responsibilities include managing staff performance, implementing retail strategies, ensuring inventory accuracy, and addressing any loss prevention concerns. The Store Manager plays a key role in creating a positive and motivating environment for both employees and customers. Qualifications Proven skills in Store Management and effectively leading and supervising a retail team. Commitment to providing excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders. Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure store security and safeguard assets. Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet business objectives. A passion for fashion and creating an outstanding shopping experience. Previous retail or management experience is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with women’s fashion. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus.
