Quality Control Inspector

Adecco is hiring experienced Quality Control Inspectors to support printed circuit board assembly lines for a family-owned company in Nampa. This position is responsible for inspecting electronic components and completed assemblies to identify defects and verify compliance with customer and quality requirements.Pay: $20.00 to $30.00+ per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pmResponsibilitiesPerform first article inspections (FAI)Complete in-process, component, and final inspectionsInspect printed circuit boards produced through SMT, hand assembly, and machine assembly processesInspect surface-mount and through-hole solder connections using IPC and J-STD standardsOperate AOI inspection programs as neededIdentify PCB assembly defects and prevent nonconforming products from moving through production or being shippedUse microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, multimeters, and other electronic inspection equipmentCommunicate quality concerns to production, engineering, and managementMaintain inspection records, checklists, and quality documentationSupport internal quality audits and product-quality improvement activitiesPerform occasional hand soldering or technician duties when inspection work is not requiredQualificationsPrevious quality inspection experience in PCB or electronics manufacturingExperience inspecting SMT and through-hole solderingKnowledge of PCB assembly processes and common defect typesAbility to complete first article inspectionsExperience using microscopes, magnifiers, measurement calipers, and multimetersKnowledge of AOI, X-ray inspection, and BGA componentsAbility to read work instructions, inspection checklists, and bills of materialsKnowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, and ISO 9001 requirementsExperience in electronics, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related quality departmentBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookERP system experience is a plusJ-STD certification is preferredReady to get started?Apply now for immediate consideration for this Quality Control Inspector opportunity.Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
