Shift Schedule:
Day shift: 8a – 8p, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Night shift: 8p-8a, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
What is a 2-2-3 shift schedule? 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on — then it flips the next week to 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
Schedules and overtime requirements are subject to change based on business needs. Overtime is not guaranteed.
Employment with Freudenberg will be subject to background check and drug screen.
Role Responsibilities:
Check and read orders to verify kit number, quantity, quality, and bag
Pull staged parts and use set-up sheets and inspection boards to set up the kit-veyor for production runs
Verify first-piece run for quality inspection and perform random quality checks during the run
Complete required documentation and make minor equipment adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation
Notify Lead Person or Senior Group Leader of problems needing immediate attention
Identify and/or initiate action to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality system
Qualifications:
2+ years of production or assembly experience
High School Diploma, technical training, or equivalent
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Ability to work in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to quality, service, and reliability
Initiative and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
