Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a Systems Integrator in McLean, Virginia.We are seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) to support a customer with maturing a newly established cross-organization portfolio management office for technical and mission programs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a dynamic organization; knowledgeable in advanced technologies that support intelligence collection and analysis systems; experience identifying and gathering requirements; managing and integrating Project Management Review (PMR) information from multiple, diverse projects and customers.Major ResponsibilitiesCreate, draft and review program documentation and develop processes that can include planning documents, tracking action items, developing briefings, and coordinating project events.Establish a knowledge management structure that identifies, collects, synthesizes, organizes and manages knowledge in support of the customer’s office. Analyze initiatives and activities and catalog them into focused areas to determine commonalities and differences to create a structure for seamless transparency and sharing of knowledge/content. Create and maintain a MS SharePoint site to serve as a central repository of the customer’s working documents and finished products.Maintain customer’s TalkAbout website to include working with graphic artists to evolve the site as well as identifying and posting new content to the site as necessaryRespond to quick turnaround taskers in the form of a quick analysis working with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint, preferably a Site Collection Administrator (SCA)Experience evaluating and/or developing project documentation and working with others to monitor technical efforts and capture technical requirementsFamiliarity with project managementStrong analytical skills.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills required.Ability and skill at pivoting to act on quick turn-around needsGraphics experience and website development are a plusBCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
