Night Cleaner Supervisor

POSITION: Night Cleaning SupervisorRESPONSIBLE TO: Health & Fitness ManagerMAIN DUTIES:The Night Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations during the night shift to ensure facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. This role supervises cleaning staff, inspects work quality, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinates daily cleaning activities efficiently.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coach cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive team.Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures.Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment usage.Schedule duties, ensuring all shifts and tasks are covered.Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting replacements as needed.Maintain compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, and company policies.Close the facility safely during night shifts.REQUIREMENTSPrevious cleaning supervision or facilities management experience preferred.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations.Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a team independently.WORKING CONDITIONS:* You will be required to work nights, and day shifts.OUR VALUES:* We expect all our staff to strive to:* Maintain open and honest communication with our customers, both internal and external, at all times.* Create and have a positive impact on our local community.
