The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, experience in leading development teams, and a deep understanding of LMS platforms and API integrations. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Java-based solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2-3 years strong experience in an LMS– (Learning Management System). Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as ALM, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar. Proven expertise in developing and integrating APIs (RESTful, SOAP). Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is an advantage.Preferred Skills Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).QualificationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
