Invictus International Systems Engineer IV

Responsibilities: Analyzing user requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to develop system requirements and technical solutionsLeading system design, development, and engineering activities, including analysis of alternatives (AoA) and feasibility studiesProviding technical leadership across system integration, architecture, and implementation in complex environmentsDesigning and implementing hybrid multi-cloud architectures and deliver scalable, resilient enterprise solutionsDeveloping architecture documentation, system designs, and diagrams supporting full lifecycle deliveryGuiding system implementation planning, integration, testing, and ongoing operationsAutomating repeatable processes and improve system performance, scalability, and reliabilityApplying SRE and disaster recovery (DR) principles to ensure high availability and continuityDesigning solutions incorporating load balancing, performance engineering, DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), and IdAM/IKAM (including certificate-based authentication)Resolving complex hardware/software interface issues and serving as an SME on emerging technologiesConducting system trade studies and performance optimization across the lifecycleLeading design efforts, mentoring junior staff, and overseeing high-risk or complex programsCommunicating with government stakeholders and delivering executive-level briefingsEnsuring technical integrity and quality of all engineering deliverables Requirements:Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraphBachelor's degree from an accredited institute in a technical field; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degreeMinimum eight (8) years of directly related experienceExperience with hybrid cloud architectures, automation, and enterprise system engineeringBackground in SRE, disaster recovery, and high-availability system designKnowledge of load balancing, performance optimization, and scalable systemsExperience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and Identity and Access Management (IdAM/IKAM)Strong experience developing architecture diagrams and end-to-end solutionsMust possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent) certificationExperience working in a DoD or IC environment desiredAbility to commute daily to client site in Colorado Springs, CO or Alexandria, VA
