Practice Overview Family-run, managed care model focused exclusively on senior patients Five established clinic locations throughout the Tampa Bay region Patient panels are capped at approximately 500, averaging about 12 visits per full day Extended visit times of 30 to 45 minutes to support relationship-based care Robust clinic support, including MAs, health coaches, care coordinators, and dedicated coders Schedule Monday through Friday clinic hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Patient visits are primarily scheduled between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm Built-in time for same-day needs, care coordination, and administrative work No evenings, weekends, or after-hours clinic responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with a quality-focused performance bonus Additional clinic performance bonus beginning in year three Total compensation typically approaches $300,000 early, with potential to exceed $430,000, including bonuses Financial model aligned with patient outcomes, quality metrics, and clinic success Candidate Profile Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Interest in senior-focused, value-based primary care Comfortable working within a collaborative, team-oriented model Open to future leadership opportunities as the practice footprint grows Apply today to see how a patient-first primary care model can support both your career and your life in Tampa Bay.
