Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, VA, for a Full-stack Developer. The Full-stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end user interfaces and back-end systems. They will collaborate with teams to implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions while ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Additional responsibilities may include debugging, optimizing performance, and adhering to best practices in software development workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience in Back-End Web Development, including knowledge of APIs, server-side frameworks, and database management.Strong understanding of Full-Stack Development, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.Expertise in Software Development practices, including coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.Previous experience working in a government or intelligence setting is desirable but not required.
