Bartender/Server

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. * Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the cash register. * Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during events. * Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to. *Experience* * Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions. * Knowledge of fine dining standards and catering services is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to bartending.
