Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the cash register. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during events. Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions. Knowledge of fine dining standards and catering services is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
