NOTE: need local from NC Role: Power BI Dashboard DeveloperLocation: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)Duration: Long-TermPosition Summary:NCDOT is seeking an experienced Power BI Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions for NCDOT and NCDMV. The role focuses on creating scalable dashboards, data models, and visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring reporting standards, governance, and accessibility compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.Build enterprise-grade data models, DAX measures, and interactive visualizations.Integrate Power BI with Databricks and other enterprise data sources.Support workspace administration, governance, security, and user access management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish reporting standards and best practices.Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for reporting solutions.Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, ETL, and dashboard design.5+ years of SQL querying, performance tuning, and analytical problem-solving.3+ years of Power BI workspace administration, governance, and security management.2+ years of Databricks integration experience.Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Skills:M365 integration and automation.ServiceNow ticketing experience.Best Regards,Mohan Sai | Technical RecruiterSoftware Technology Inc.
