Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Roses Paradise Home Health Care, you will provide essential hands-on care and support to clients in their homes. You will help promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while following individualized care plans and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisory staff Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support Follow established care plans with accuracy and professionalism Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner Pay & Benefits Starting wage: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience) Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time available) Consistent clients and meaningful one-on-one care Supportive leadership and clear communication Positive, respectful, and values-based work environment Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Active driver’s license with reliable transportation Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care Strong communication and observational skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Ability to pass required background checks Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Active CPR certification Current TB test (If these are pending, we are happy to discuss options.)
