Lead ServiceNow Engineer - IRM
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Engineer – IRM to join a senior platform engineering team responsible for delivering and evolving enterprise risk solutions across IRM, BCM, and TPRM within the ServiceNow ecosystem.This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical engineering, solution architecture, and platform ownership, with strong engagement across business risk, architecture, and technology teams.Location & Work ModelHybrid: 3 days onsite per weekOffices: Stamford, CTEligibilityUS Citizens or Green Card holders onlyFull-time employment only (no C2C / no contractors)Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Platform EngineeringDesign, build, and support solutions across IRM, BCM, and TPRM modules on ServiceNowDevelop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, and related configurationsImplement risk models, questionnaires, scoring frameworks, and approval workflowsIntegrations & Data ManagementBuild and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (CMDB, vendor platforms, and external data sources)Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration HubSupport integrations with risk platforms such as RSA ArcherProduction Support & StabilityProvide L2 support for IRM/BCM/TPRM applicationsMonitor system performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and data qualityEnsure platform reliability, scalability, and complianceSolution Design & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutionsMaintain configuration standards, reusable components, and governance practicesSupport platform upgrades and adoption of new ServiceNow featuresLeadership & CollaborationMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidancePartner with business stakeholders, architects, and risk leadersContribute to platform strategy and roadmap discussionsRequired Experience8–10+ years in enterprise SaaS platform engineering5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development or advanced administrationStrong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflowsExperience with IRM, BCM, TPRM, or broader GRC solutionsStrong integration experience (REST/SOAP/Integration Hub)Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data-driven solutionsStrong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skillsNice to HaveServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-IRM, CIS-BCM, CIS-TPRM)Experience with scoped applications and CI/CD pipelinesPrior experience with GRC platforms (Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust, LogicGate, etc.)Exposure to ServiceNow advisory boards, roadmap sessions, or beta programsExperience driving automation, governance, and platform optimization initiativesWhat We're Looking ForA senior ServiceNow professional who can operate across hands-on engineering, architecture, and strategic platform evolution, with a strong focus on enterprise risk transformation and continuous improvement.
