Job Description: Title: Materials Analyst Location: Clearwater, FL 33764Duration: 06 Months with possible extensionPay Rate: $33.13/hr Job Description:Detailed Description :Please prioritize candidates with experience in manufacturing materials planning. Strong candidates will have experience in SAP, material availability analysis, and extensive experience with Excel/Access/SQL/Power BI, etc.This role is highly execution-oriented and requires proactive problem solving and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.As a Materials Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials management processes, ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.You will report directly to our Materials Planning Supervisor, and report out of the Clearwater, FL plant.In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by managing inventory levels, analysing material requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.Implement material intercompany purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions to ensure correct supply levels for operation.You are responsible to resolve material related issues due to supply-based problems, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operations, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Analyse material inventory position, shortages, and supply risksInvestigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptionsMonitor shortage reports, open demand, and past due materialsCoordinate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand and resolve material shortagesEscalate critical shortages with clear communication and recommended actionsDevelop and maintain reports, trackers, and analysis to improve material visibility, shortage management, and operational decision makingEnsure execution of critical tasks to support shop performance and customer satisfactionYou Must have:3+ years of experience in Planning Experience with MRP/ERP Systems/SAP Experience in manufacturing planningProficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Excel, Access, Power BI)We Value:2-year degreeAbility to work independently and take direction from othersEstablished skills and experience in Materials management/PlanningDetailed-oriented, accuracy of work is critical to factory performance, customer satisfactionPriority setting, sense of urgency and timing are vital to successfully performing this role
