This role involves managing our LinkedIn and website, as well as developing compelling content and marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and lead to the use of Marketing tools. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & LinkedIn Management: Own and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn Develop and schedule engaging, brand & Purpose aligned posts regularly. Monitor related industry spaces and news to optimize content strategy and keep sumeru’s though leadership current.   Website Management: Own & manage website content and design Collaborate with developers/designers for enhancements and bug fixes. Track website analytics and recommend SEO/UX improvements. Content Creation & Marketing: Develop original content including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, and email newsletters Coordinate with internal teams and SMEs to gather content ideas and success stories. Create content calendars aligned with business goals and campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Use paid promotions, sponsored content, and A/B testing to optimize results. Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging and visual identity is consistent across all channels. Maintain brand voice in all written communications.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Hubspot, Jira, Google Analytics, etc. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience with SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in B2B or tech/consulting industries. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite). Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
