You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities• Test and bring-up FPGA and CPU-based boards and systems• Review system specifications for architecture, electrical, power delivery, thermal, and mechanical requirements• Collaborate with design teams and external vendors to review schematics, layout, and system design• Work closely with software/firmware teams for tools and system integration• Research and select electronic components, review datasheets, and validate design requirements Required Skills & Qualifications• Strong hands-on experience in board bring-up, debugging, and functional verification• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and soldering• Expertise in one or more:High-speed interfaces: PCIe, USB, Ethernet, high-speed serialLow-speed interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, JTAGPower system design• Experience in defining system specifications and executing test plans• Proficiency in schematic and layout tools (OrCAD, Allegro)• Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Thermal, and Power delivery systems• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Skills• Familiarity with Open Compute Project (OCP) standards• Knowledge of x86 platform architecture• Experience with Linux kernel/drivers• Programming knowledge: C/C++, Python, Verilog, TCL• Experience with Xilinx FPGA tools Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hardware design and board bring-u
