We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.Position SummaryEntrega is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Technology Solutions Delivery Lead to oversee and scale our Technology Solutions Delivery organization.This leader is accountable for ensuring complex digital and technology engagements are delivered on time, on scope, and within margin expectations across multiple production teams.The Technology Solutions Delivery Lead will establish structured governance frameworks, reinforce delivery discipline, align capacity to demand, and ensure seamless orchestration between Service Delivery Managers, technical production teams, and executive stakeholders.This is a senior delivery leadership role responsible for transforming technical capability into reliable, scalable, and profitable execution.This role is primarily in-office to enable close coordination with executive leadership, Client Services, Service Delivery, and Delivery Systems leadership.ResponsibilitiesThis description reflects the primary accountabilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Role scope may evolve in alignment with company growth.Delivery Governance & AccountabilityEnsure commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to margin targetsEstablish and enforce structured governance standards across technical teamsMaintain visibility into utilization, revenue performance, and delivery KPIsIdentify risk early and intervene to protect client outcomes and economic performanceLead architecture and solution design for client data and analytics initiativesProvide hands-on development support in BI, data modeling, SQL, and cloud data environments as neededEstablish coding, documentation, and quality standardsCreate reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practicesProduction Leadership & OrchestrationLead and coordinate technical production teams (e.g., Data & Analytics Delivery, Digital Development, Solution Engineering)Reinforce structured intake and production sequencing standardsEnsure consistent documentation, estimation discipline, and workflow governancePartner with Delivery Systems leadership to strengthen production orchestrationBuild scalable workload visibility and capacity planning frameworksFinancial & Utilization PerformanceAlign delivery performance with approved rate structures and profitability targetsDrive utilization accountability across technical teamsPartner with Finance on forecasting and performance reportingEnsure disciplined scope management to prevent margin erosionSupport structured effort estimation and cost modeling processesLeadership & Organizational DevelopmentBuild and develop high-performing technical leaders and managersDefine role clarity and performance expectations within the delivery organizationReinforce a culture of accountability and operational disciplineParticipate in hiring decisions for senior technical rolesDevelop succession pathways within Technology Solutions DeliveryExecutive & Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Client Services leadership to ensure delivery commitments align to commercial agreementsProvide executive-level delivery credibility in client interactionsSupport structured pre-sales technical validation where neededEnsure seamless integration between technology production and broader service linesQualificationsThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery environments 5+ years leading multi-team delivery organizations Demonstrated success managing margin, utilization, and performance metrics in professional services strongly preferred Experience implementing governance frameworks and delivery standards Strong understanding of digital development, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems Proven ability to scale structured delivery operations Strong financial acumen and operational rigor Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field required MBA or advanced leadership credentials preferredPerformance ProfileThis is a senior delivery authority role within a performance-driven services organization.
