Production AssociateIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job SummaryThe Production Associate is responsible for filling appropriate packaging with pre-blended chemicals (which can be hazardous in nature), correctly labeling material and then loading finished goods onto outbound trucks.EducationRequired: High school diploma or GEDPreferred: Associate's degree in chemistry or related field.ExperienceRequired: 1 year experience in an industrial environmentPreferred: 2+ years in a chemical production environmentPosition Requirement(s): Specialized Skills/License/CertificationUnrestricted employment authorization to work in the USBe at least 18 years of ageProject a professional appearance with the ability to represent our company in a positive manner to our customers and associatesAbility to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situationsAbility to organize and maintain a safe and clean work environmentCore Competencies (Essential Job Functions)Wear mandatory PPE at all times.Use forklift or pallet jack to retrieve designated packaging items for the batch being pulled.Label packaging items in compliance with company and DOT requirements.Fill and seal packaging items in compliance with company, DOT and OSHA requirements.Must follow standard instructions to measure or weigh chemicals into designated containers.Scan packaging items into designated areas and load trucks as necessary.Complete batch ticket and manufacturing log documentation in compliance with company requirements, policies, and procedures.Maintain a safe, clean and dry work area at all times.Complete other duties and special projects upon request.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
