QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:1. A minimum of five years of direct experience developing web-based applications in a Microsoft ASP.Net environment of programming experience with site architecture and construction of ASP.net web applications.2. A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience using TFS.3. A minimum of five years of direct experience with object-oriented development techniques.4. A minimum of five years with SQL database design and analysis.5. A minimum of five years of direct experience writing queries and storing procedures in Microsoft SQL server.6. A minimum of five years generating test cases, test scripts, and documenting software issues.7. A minimum of five years in either the design or implementation of Merlin .Net.8. A minimum of five years with the design and implementation of medical software with an emphasis in epidemiology.9. A minimum of five years with deployment of application on test and production servers.10. A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in software development ensuring information security and patient confidentiality.
